GenusCore provides AI-powered automation tools and reports for small businesses. Services include but are not limited to: local SEO audits, review monitoring, competitor price tracking, social media content packs, and the SmartClient booking and CRM system.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Once-off reports are non-refundable after delivery. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds.
Reports and deliverables are sent to the email address provided at checkout, typically within 1-4 hours of receiving your intake information. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate intake responses are not covered by our delivery guarantee.
You may not use GenusCore services to monitor competitors using deceptive means, to generate content that violates third-party terms of service, or for any unlawful purpose.
GenusCore provides information and automation tools. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our reports. Data sourced from public platforms is provided as-is. We make no guarantees regarding ranking improvements, revenue increases, or specific business outcomes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
